They even plan on designing a basement parking garage to give guests and residents convenient parking. Currently, this site has an area of 213,675 square feet and an allowed gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 598,290 square feet. The developers plan on utilizing every inch wisely to give future occupants the best living spaces possible.
