The following are helpful links that we will be using throughout the course. I have also included other links for additional study or practice. Please create a word doc where you can store / save your usernames and passwords for the following websites. You will also be required to have a Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram account for this class. You may use your personal account if you like, I will not follow you or add you, you just have to follow me. Or you can choose to create a separate school account to use for in class assignments.
This site will be one of the main sources for quizzes and tests. These assessments are timed and will give you immediate feedback unless they require short answers or more.
This site will be a major source for vocabulary and conjugation practice. Each week you will have assigned practice activities due before the next module begins. You must also get a certain score in order to move on to the following module.
You will use quizlet for additional practice and to create your own reviews for grammar and vocab.
This site will also be used for verb and conjugation practice and assessment. I am hoping to be able to do live practice sessions in teams!
I will use this to create grammar notes for class. You will use this to create presentations, occasional writing assignments, and peer editing.
We will use this site to create and share illustrated writing assignments.
TweetChat is where the world comes to chat. A Twitter chat platform which allows users to participate in real-time hashtag conversations, visit and share their favorite tweets from conversations via FavePages and create & publish stories around their favorite tweets via FavePage Stories. We will attempt to have live conversations in class via TweetChat.
This website will be used whenever we have live discussions over classroom readings, sort of like an online chat room but with more focus on topic and content than grammar.
This website may also be used for quizzes, tests, or practice activities.
This website offers free online tutorials with audio, cultural notes, grammar, vocabulary, verbs drills, and links to helpful sites. It is a great source for extra practice if you do not understand something that we are doing in class.
This will be one of the main websites we use for practice activities. I love this tool because you can check your answers and screenshot me your questions.
