Developing healthy habits is the key to losing weight and getting fitter forever. It is about doing positive things and learning new good habits rather than a diet which focuses on all the things you shouldn't be eating. For instance focus on going for a daily walk and being happy doing it, rather than staring at the cupboard wishing you could have a biscuit but your diet says no. Then if you do feel like eating something after your walk it is fine as you have been doing exercise.

Join a fitness class that you enjoy and have people to support you losing weight. It can be difficult going for a run yourself if you are feeling a bit tired or out of sorts, but if you go along to a class there will be someone to encourage you and probably make you smile and laugh. Once you get in the habit of going you will miss it if you don't go.
You may have to try a few different types of class before you find the one you love but there will be one that makes you feel good.
