Most people are familiar with the "Bible" emergency medicine references that everyone considers the standard for board certified physician training: Rosen's and Tintinelli. These are required reading for residencies, so they certainly have their place. However, many people have found some even higher yield textbooks out there... Check them out!

Great book for the approach to the lower acuity patients. It outlines step by step the process you should be taking, things to rule out and how, and treatment recommended. I have found however that some of the treatments are out of date, so best to use the book for the approach which is generally excellent, and cross check UpToDate for best treatment.
This is written by Amal Mattu, THE guru for ekg in EM. Essentially it is just a quick excerpt of age / sex / complaint, they give you an EKG you interpret on your own, and then compare to the answer provided in the back of the book. These are bread and butter ekgs that everyone must know. Self study forces you to practice your systematic approach and pattern recognition, and Amal's commentary at the sections are excellent. Highly recommended if you struggle with EKGS.

One of the two "EM Bibles". Everyone tends to have their favorite, and those who like this generally say that it is more clinically relevant / practical for EM than Tintinelli, which tends to be more focused to the boards.

A nice textbook by Amal Mattu and Goyal that is outlined systems based and basically goes through the common errors people make and some advice to avoid them. Nice introduction book to the newer learner who is worried about all of the many potential ways we can accidentally harm patients if we are not careful.
