Podcasts in my opinion are really the heart and soul of open access medical education and have been flourishing over the past several years. Given that I have an hour-long commute each way to work, I can safely say that I have listened to hundreds if not thousands of episodes from as many different podcasts as I can. Many are good, but some have risen to the top as the best of the best. I have linked to their direct websites, but realize that you can search and find most of these freely available on iTunes / podcast app.
"EM:RAP is a monthly emergency medicine audio series full of CME and the latest reviews and perspectives. "
This is one of the founding fathers of EM podcasts. The amount of incredible content is simply amazing. Easily my favorite resource, and I'm not the only one... this is by far the most popular resource out there. If you haven't yet and are serious about EM, I'd highly recommend getting a subscription to this.
For those of you without CME, be sure to include whatever discounts you can (student, resident etc), and with this referral link you can get another $25 off (full discloser, the site gets a referral bonus as well, very helpful to keep the site up and running - If you decide to subscribe, thank you for your support!)
We are obsessed with Emergency Department (ED) Critical Care. A blog & podcast for medical education on ED Intensive Care, Trauma, and Resuscitation. Run by Scott Weingart.
Emergency Medicine Cases (EM Cases) is a free online medical education podcast and medical blog providing emergency medicine education and CME points #FOAMed.
Check out their "best case ever" series for some pretty entertaining and educational sessions.

The SGEM - Skeptics Guide to Emergency Medicine - great lecturer (Dr Ken Milne) covering evidence based emergency medicine.
