Founded in 1980 by Giovanni and Jacqueline Battistella the company has always focused on leading architecturally designed homes in the inner city of Calgary. One of Calgary’s first builders to focus on infill homes in the inner city, their vision and leadership was recognized in 1986 with a Governor Generals Award. From these beginnings the benchmark of the future of the company was established.

INK Condos reimagines micro condo living. Small functional spaces, intelligent design and linear kitchens allow every room to be used in multiple ways, fit all of your furniture and answer the question “where do I put my stuff?” The loft-inspired interiors are stripped back to juxtapose the raw with the refined. Exposed concrete floors and ceilings and visible ductwork and high gloss cabinets create an industrial vibe.
