Gai Med Ma Moung or simply chicken cashew nuts is a Thai stir-fry chicken with cashew nuts. Generally made to be very spicy, you can ask for a milder version when you order it. This dish together with veggies makes for one delicious meal and is often served alongside steamed white rice. Restaurants in Mai Khao Phuket are plentiful, and most of them offer this dish, so definitely ask around.

Geng Kheaw Wan Gai

Geng Kheaw Wan Gai or Green Curry Chicken is one of the most delicious curries you'll ever have the experience of enjoying. Massaman curry is a softer curry made using a paste that contains rich flavours like cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg and several other spices from the Middle East. The word itself is derived from early Muslim writings from around the 19th century. The curry is generally spicy as it contains dried peppers.
