10 disruptions that are about to change how Ontario small businesses will operate

The Government of Ontario just passed the_ Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017_ and this will have a major impact on how businesses operate. The Act will:

• Raise the minimum wage;
• Mandate equal pay for equal work;
• Expand personal emergency leave; and
• Increase efforts to enforce employment laws.
