I think that this link is very good and useful because first of all the source is very reliable becuase you can trust the UK goverment and the will not post fake facts or lies. They describe each goal in detail and how the UK is going to work to achive this goals.

Sustainable development goals - United Nations

Here is the full list of the sutainable development goals that the united nations have created.

Pros:
The site is created by the UN which means that it's checked for false facts.
Because the site is created by the UN you can rest assured that the facts are correct considering that the site is written by the creators of these goals.
The site gives detailed explanations of each goal.

Cons:
The language is pretty advanced.
Only shows the good side of the goals.

The Global Goals

On 1 January 2016, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development — adopted by world leaders in September 2015 at an historic UN Summit — officially came into force. Over the next fifteen years, with these new Goals that universally apply to all, countries will mobilize efforts to end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change, while ensuring that no one is left behind.
