Benihana

Benihana is an American – Japanese restaurant, which offers patrons dinner and a show, what better way to enjoy an evening. The chefs are loved for their elaborate displays, where meals are delivered on long paddles to much pomp and pageantry. In case you are wondering? Yes! The food tastes as good as the show. A popular favourite are the Keiko Rolls; these can include eel, salmon or shrimp rolled up in a bed of rice to the accompaniment of mango and avocado strips and a spicy strip of mayo. The rolls are topped off with black and red fish roe. There is also lobster maki and a range of delectable seafood dishes to look forward to, as this lovely beachfront restaurant is known for its fresh fish. Located at Beach Rotana, Benihana is open from 6 pm to 11 pm daily.

Inakaya

This lovely restaurant is located in a charming Venetian Village. On arrival, the staff will greet you with loads of enthusiasm before showing you into the cosy interiors. Ideal for the romantic at heart or groups out to enjoy a meal, Inakaya is loved for its Wagyu beef with shrimp tempura; a crispy creamy delight. The place is open daily from 12.30 pm to 11 pm.

Kahraman

Kahraman is an Arabic restaurant that offers an extensive sushi menu, which certainly deserves special mention. Do try the Dynamite Maki; which is the restaurants signature dish. The rolls of sushi are coated in tempura batter and fried to crispy delights, after which the roll is cut into the familiar round slices, and garnished with a dash of kani mayo tastes absolutely heavenly. Kahraman is open from 7.30 pm to midnight, and is well worth a visit, as a perfect example to Arabic restaurants, similar to those at Al Sahel Villa Resort by Anantara, offering guests a taste of exotic seafood dishes.

Kazu

Do check out the Omakase menu; which according to your preference offers a tailor-made selection according to available ingredients. An Abu Dhabi restaurant that offers the curious foodie a chance to be innovative, this eatery lets you test your culinary boundaries while bringing out the creative dinner in you. Kazu is open from Monday to Saturday 7 pm to 11 pm.

KOI

The sushi menu at this restaurant may seem bland compared to others, but it certainly makes up for this with lavish and modern presentations of dishes. If you are hankering for a relaxed night out with that special someone, the dimly lit tables and laidback ambience of KOI will certainly impress. One of the most popular sushi dishes is Rock 'n Roll; which is a trio of spicy tuna, soft shell crab and delicious baked crab. All ingredients are well combined and rolled in soft sushi rice, to be topped up with gold leaf and tuna toro.
