Airtable has made my life so much easier! It works like a spreadsheet but gives you the power of a database to organize anything, and you can use Zapier/IFTTT to automate tasks.
I use it for just about everything, from storing candidates and managing campaigns to cleaning tasks around the house. If you love spreadsheets but hate Excel formulas, Airtable is the answer!
Dux-Soup is the ultimate lead generation tool for LinkedIn. It has changed my life. As a recruiter, I'm constantly utilizing this tool to build lists of potential candidate to reach out to based on my searches. Not only is it the best way to build a prospect list, it also offers an option to find contact information by either buying credits OR uploading your contact to get FREE credits. I've found their system is one of the best in finding correct emails or phone numbers, and it's so easy to use. I highly recommend trying this tool out.

We just started using this awesome tool and it's such a time-saver. It does take some technical knowledge to build recipes, but there are thousands of recipes already created to chose from so if you find one that works for what you want to accomplish it's super simple to use. They also have some of the best customer service and are always happy to answer any questions or help out when needed.
