A traditional Turkish restaurant run by Turkish chefs serving mouth-watering Turkish food! The food here is meticulously and lovingly made using the freshest ingredients found in Oman and the well thought out menu boasts a wide array of dishes ranging from classics like lamb kofta and more contemporary and modern dishes like the vegetarian eggplant kofta! There's also a fantastic selection of Turkish flatbreads to choose from including cheese and pastrami, and sausage.
Styled to look like a cosy English home, this delightful restaurant offers a more westernized menu complete with superb burritos, wonderful chunky chips and delicious ciabatta sandwiches. It's one of the only places in Oman that offers an all-day breakfast!
Particularly famous among the ladies is Mani's Gourmet Café; a magnificent breakfast and lunch menu and enticing coffee set it apart from most other café's in the area. The Restaurant at the Chedi Muscat is arguably the best restaurant in Oman or at least one of the finest! There's live piano music, four open kitchens and an extensive collection of worldly wines. The seafood dishes are of special note here! There are plenty of other restaurants that serve a similar amalgamation of food in Muscat, and another choice would be the Al Waqbah Bar at Al Wadi Hotel!
Turkish House Restaurant is where you'll find an exquisite array of Levantine and Turkish dishes. What sets this restaurant apart, however, is that it doesn't just serve up koftas and kebabs, but offers Turkey's marvellous seafood as well! A fan favourite is the grilled fish and shrimp tajin with red sauce.
As its name suggests, The Beach restaurant is located next to a jaw-dropping stretch of the Gulf. In homage to its location, The Beach serves up some of the best seafood dishes Oman has to offer including contemporary internationally inspired cuisine like lobster tail carpaccio, mussels served with coconut and Kaffir lime and whole grilled fish. Nothing will quite live up to an evening meal here, followed by sweet desserts and Omani coffee, as the sun sets in the background.
