Top Pet Cafes in Bangkok - pet friendly venues for you and your furry friend

The pet cafe fad has sprung up all over Asia, and Bangkok is no exception. Pet themed cafes can be found all over Bangkok, and whether you're a pet owner or not, these furry cafes are worth seeing.

1

TrueLove at Neverland Husky Café

Husky lovers can get their fill of these gorgeous dogs at Bankok's TrueLove at Neverland Husky Café. Commonly referred to as True Love Cafe, this little cafe is hidden amid a quiet residential neighborhood, and attracts crowds of people looking for play time with beautiful Siberian Huskies. To play with the dogs, you need to a waiver and buy a ticket from the cafe entrance. For the price of a ticket, you gain entry, a drink, cake, and a hour with the huskies. Do note, there are fixed play times with the dogs, and these can change on any given day. It's best to check the cafes Facebook page for the exact times before you go.

Caturday Cat Café

Conveniently located in the city centre, near several shopping malls and service apartments in Bangkok, like the stylish Metropole Bangkok, for example, is Caturday Cat Café. Home to around 40 cats, though only 20 are allowed to stay in the cafe at once, customers are free to bring their own pets, or simply play with the cafe cats. The cute cafe is so popular, that customers have been known to queue up outside while they wait for a free table. Short tables and floor cushions allow customers ample freedom to interact with the roaming cats who can be seen walking along the 'cat walk', playing in their 'cat houses' or hiding under tables. There are also several baskets around the cafe filled with toys and accessories. The menu at Caturday Cat Café has a huge variety of cakes, coffees and main meals, so customers can eat, chill and make friends with the cafes furry occupants.

The Cat Cafe by Dome

One of the latest additions to Bangkok's pet cafes - the cat cafe is smaller than the average pet friendly cafe, but it makes up for its small size with friendly service and the 6 adorable cats that live here. Because of its size, the cafe is a great place to take children since you can keep an eye on them at all times while they play. The cafe is separated into two areas; one area is outside with tables and the service counter, while the other is inside and features low tables and cushions, for both customers and the cats. The cats at Cat Cafe by Dome are extremely playful, and there are loads of toys around if you wanna join in a game with them. The food here is also budget friendly, making this cafe a welcome respite for all.

3

Wagging Tail Bakery

The story behind this bakery started with a puppy named Squiddy - allergic to grains and food with artificial colours, her owners searched all over Bangkok for healthy alternatives to feed here. Unable to find any that suited, they began baking their own healthy dog treats and thus, the Wagging Tail Bakery was born. They don't have a physical store, but customers can order online treats like pumpkin-tuna biscuits and salmon biscuits, and collect from their office.

Coffee & Puppy Cafe

Coffee & Puppy Cafe has combined two things that will put a smile on anyone's face - puppies and good food. Customers can bring their furry pets and enjoy a delicious meal in a great relaxed ambiance. The cafe serves up a range of healthy meals for both owners and pets.
