The Entrance Beach is an aquatic playground with many attractions for children. The North Entrance Beach is adjacent to the Wyrrabalong National Park and The Entrance Channel opening to Tuggerah Lakes. Tuggerah Beach is the longest out of the lot, stretching up to 6 km. Pelican Feeding

The pelican feeding at The Entrance waterfront is a favourite activity of the visitors of the area. It operates daily at 3.30 p.m. and it is so fascinating to see thousands of Pelicans flocking together to catch their afternoon feed. This activity is also done with the purpose of identifying and treating the Pelicans who are in poor health conditions, mainly due to the pollution of their habitual environments. If you wish to get a good view of the pelicans you better arrive early so that you can catch a front row seat. This is one of the reasons that the nearby Central Coast resorts get occupied very quickly. If you are looking to stay at one of the favourite places like the Oaks Waterfront Resort it is better to make your reservations early.
