1. Pitt Street Mall

Pitt Street Mall, located in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), is one of the city's most popular shopping districts. Pitt Street is home to some world-class international brands including Topshop, H&M and Gap, along with famous stores like Sephora, Cotton On, Forever 21, Country Road, Ralph Lauren and Sportsgirl. The Mall is easily accessible by bus and train and it is about a 7-minute walk from Hyde Park. 2. Harbourside Shopping Centre

Harbourside Shopping Centre, located in the gorgeous Darling Harbour, is bursting with shopping and entertainment for people of all ages. In addition to housing famous clothing brands like Cotton On and Valleygirl, as well as, popular brands like Giordano, YD and Glue and Temt, the centre also has a fantastic array of entertainment facilities; facilities include Kingpin Bowling, M9 Laser Skirmish, Race Centre and 9D Action Cinemas. The cherry on top? The eateries – most of which include charming water-front diners! The Star is primarily famous for being the second largest casino in Australia, but this isn't all it has to offer. There's also a delectable array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual and take away. The Star, located in Pyrmont, is very easy to get to; there are regular Light Rail Services to the casino every day as well as bus and ferry services!

Broadway shopping centre is located just outside CBD and has just about anything you could want. From department and retail stores to accessory and cosmetic outlets to tech shops, discount stores and supermarkets. Shops include Bonds, H&M, Cotton On, Victoria's Secret, Marcs, Sephora, EB Games, Apple Store, Kmart and Target. The centre is also full of delicious eateries including the world famous Nando's, as well as, Coles, Cicco chocalaterie and Hero Sushi. Broadway is also quite accessible and can be reached via train, bus and Light Rail, all of which have stations close to the centre.

5. Market City & Paddy's Market

Whether you want to get some shopping done or not, Sydney's Markey City and Paddy's Market, located deep in the heart of Chinatown, is an experience in its own right. Paddy's market on the ground floor is packed with vendors selling lavish, fresh fruit and vegetables, beautiful flowers, as well as, clothing, jewellery, tech gadgets, homeware and Australian souvenirs. Market City, on the floors above, contain a variety of stores that include, Converse, Cotton On, Espirit, Dotti and Watch World Australia. The markets can be reached via train, Light Rail and bus.

The Westfield shopping centre at Bondi Junction is where you'll encounter the latest trends in the world of fashion. The precinct harbours numerous high-end fashion outlets, as well as, popular and rather more reasonably priced brands such as Lulu Lemon, Chanel, H&M, Zara, Dior, Bardot Junior, Nike, Dion Lee and a whole lot more. Westfield also has a cinema and a large food court that contains a mouthwatering and diverse range of foods. The centre is only a short walk away from Bondi junction, which has both a train station and a bus stop.
