If you're staying at a hotel along the golden coastline such as at Berjaya Tioman Resort Malaysia, then the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away! Enjoy a tropical cocktail from any hotel in Pulau Tioman that's located on the beach stretch while soaking up the sun rays. A trip to the beach is the perfect way to start your holiday in Tioman.

Tioman Islands have a number of waterfalls where you can just soak up the refreshing waters while being surrounded by nature's beauty. The biggest one on the island known as the Asah waterfall is a sight to behold!

Taste of Asia

Although restaurants always serve a good variety of local food, the local street shops are guaranteed to serve a delectable variety that will keep you begging for more. Get a large dose of seafood available at these street shops! Bars and cafes are also available on the island for those who want to grab a hot or cold beverage.

No trip to a tropical island is complete without visiting the most famous tourist attractions. In Tioman Islands, don't forget to visit Tekek Village, Salang Juara, Air Batang, Mukut and Nipah. The cool, breezy weather on these islands make it a great for trekking through the jungle or exploring the island!

Juara Turtle Hatchery

The Juara Turtle Hatchery is one of the most visited turtle hatcheries to visit on the island. Home to a variety of turtle species along with their eggs, the hatchery also acts as a sanctuary to help injured sea turtles and conserve existing species who visit the golden shores of the island to lay their eggs. The hatchery protects the eggs and keeps it safe until they are ready to hatch.

If you have your PADI dive license, then this is the best thing for you! The waters surrounding the islands are rich in marine life. Renggis Island is a popular diving spot for beginners looking to explore the exotic marine life and partake in underwater photography. Divers will be able to see turtles, moray eels, stingrays, blacktip reef sharks and many more.

Pulau Tioman Marine Park

The waters around Pulau Tioman and the other 8 islands located in close proximity have been marked as marine parks, which bars any development from taking place. The clear waters here are ideal for snorkelling and swimming. Be sure to check with your accommodation provider beforehand about renting snorkelling equipment.

Watch the sun set over the glistening waters from a wooden pier. After dusk, you can either star gaze, camp outside or grab a cocktail at the nearest local bar while singing along with friends to some karaoke.
