The Juara Turtle Hatchery is one of the most visited turtle hatcheries to visit on the island. Home to a variety of turtle species along with their eggs, the hatchery also acts as a sanctuary to help injured sea turtles and conserve existing species who visit the golden shores of the island to lay their eggs. The hatchery protects the eggs and keeps it safe until they are ready to hatch.

If you have your PADI dive license, then this is the best thing for you! The waters surrounding the islands are rich in marine life. Renggis Island is a popular diving spot for beginners looking to explore the exotic marine life and partake in underwater photography. Divers will be able to see turtles, moray eels, stingrays, blacktip reef sharks and many more.

Pulau Tioman Marine Park

The waters around Pulau Tioman and the other 8 islands located in close proximity have been marked as marine parks, which bars any development from taking place. The clear waters here are ideal for snorkelling and swimming. Be sure to check with your accommodation provider beforehand about renting snorkelling equipment.
