List of Shopping Malls in Wan Chai – Enjoy Retail Therapy

The bustling downtown district of Hong Kong, Wan Chai offers unique shopping opportunities. The place has many malls to explore which is why we have chosen and listed the best to browse.

1

Pacific Place Shopping Mall

If you love designer shopping and splurging on high end products this is the place to head to. Located in the western district of Wan Chai in close proximity of the Admiralty MTR Station this mall is all about enjoying a sojourn of glitz and glamour. Shop for Chanel, Fendi, Cartier, Hermes and other top labels at this place, which also boasts some excellent dining options. Enjoy loads of entertainment via a multi-screen cinema and amusement centres. As this mall similar to other shopping venues in the district is easily accessed via the MTR service, being based at a Wan Chai hotel close to a MTR station will be very helpful.

2

Star Street Precinct

This pleasant shopping precinct lets you enjoy the best boutique shopping in Wan Chai. Located on Star Street just 4 minutes from the Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong this area is ideal for picking up designer goodies belonging to international labels such as the Japanese R45, the fabulous British lifestyle label Monocle and OVO Studio for designer furniture. The area is a picturesque sector enhanced with lots of greenery, little nooks and benches to sit and relax on. Plenty of chic cocktail bars and restaurants serving cuisine from around the world makes sure Star Street Precinct is much more than a boutique shopping destination.

3

Wan Chai Computer Centre

This is Hong Kong's largest electronics mall. You can shop for just about any type of gadget here from waterproof cameras to laptops and micro SD cards. There are loads of shops to browse and plenty of bargains to snag; hence take your time and explore the shops thoroughly and you will be well rewarded. Mind you practise bargaining skills which will yield a free add on even if the price cannot be dropped further. Mind you the place being quite popular is not free of crowds and can get quite busy depending on the time of day you visit.

4

Factory Outlet Clothing Stores in Spring Garden Lane

If you are looking for good bargains on everyday items as well as discounted branded goods do check out this district. The shops are well stocked with clothing, accessories, shoes and other items while offering up to 50% off on top brands. Visit the branded stores such as Crocs, Triumph and Bossini and you won't be disappointed. There's a Cantonese ambience to the shopping district which meanders all the way across Spring Garden Lane and Johnston Road.

5

This intimate little shopping mall is located on Harbour Road which connects Wan Chai to Causeway Bay. The emphasis is more on the top dining venues located here while the few shops are indeed interesting places to browse; amongst these the Chinese arts and crafts shops come highly recommended.
