Martha grew up in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and taught on the elementary school level. She has had extensive experience in sales as a Consultant and Sales Director in Mary Kay Cosmetics, as well as an Account Manager in the transportation industry with Motor Cargo Truck Line. Other experience includes Advisor in the Education Master Degree Program for the University of Phoenix.
Having worked in the industry since 1996, she received the majority of her training as a consultant with Drake Beam Morin (DBM), a career transition company with offices worldwide.
