The Suzhou Silk Factory

This place certainly warrants a visit as one of the finest examples of China's ancient water towns.

Garden of Humble Administrator

Suzhou's largest classical garden this beautiful parkland is located in the southern quarter of the town. It's ranked fourth amongst China's classical gardens. Built in 1513 AD by Wang Xianchen the garden is made up of three sections. Each area is resplendent with a beautiful water feature such as ponds and streams as well as age-old buildings.

Tiger Hill Hu Qiu

This is Suzhou's iconic attraction loved for its scenic environs. It is popular as the Wu areas first scenic location. The 20-hectare area measuring at an altitude of just 36 metres boasts areas such as Third Spring, Mountain Villa, Testing Sword Rock, Leisure Spring and Emerald Green. Tiger Hill is an artificial mound with a rich history of over 2,500 years. Well worth a visit it is just 16kms from Citadines Xinghai Suzhou in the city centre. So go ahead and pack up that picnic basket and head over to the precinct where the Tiger Hill Pagoda is the city's best-known landmark.
