Pencils, paper, and glue - oh my! Here are ten of my favorite things for back to school!

Paint pens aren't just for 1986 anymore. No ma'am. They are back and they are awesome. You can write on just about anything with these!
I will never go back to a regular highlighter ever again. Neither will my 7th and 8th graders.
It would be silly to pay $6 for this from Amazon, particularly when you can get packs of this for around $0.50 during the back to school sales. We kept running out last year, so I'm going to buy a truck load of this this year!
It's not just for Napoleon Dynamite and borrowing some from the school nurse? Ewww. Do your kids a favor and give them their own stick for their back packs. Seriously.
You won't be sorry with Jansport - they are worth every penny. Bigger IS better in the world of backpacks, but then, if you are carrying that much around, it's best to go with the kind on wheels.
I'm not advocating the one in this link - just this style. Finding a quality zipper binder in the largest size is really difficult. In fact, if you know if one, I'd love to know where you found it.
All electronic pencil sharpeners are NOT created equally. This one in the link above is no longer available from Amazon, but it's AWESOME. I know. We've been through a few others and this one has lasted the longest and keeps going.
Kids scissors aren't just for kids, you know. And why, might I ask, do these scissors disappear around my house faster than ponytail holders? I always stock up on these when they are on sale. Always.
