Nam Jim – Nam Jim is Thailand’s most widely used hot chilli sauce and blends together fish sauce, shrimp paste, garlic, fresh chilli peppers, lime and sugar for a bold and flavourful sauce. This sauce is quite high on the heat and can literally put one in tears.
