Just gather the ingredients below and follow these six easy steps for that take-out flavor in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

Ingredients: 6 boneless chicken thighs, .5 cups of potato or corn starch, .5 cups of diced red peppers, .5 cups of diced green peppers, 6 ounces of diced pineapple, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 inch of minced ginger, 6 ounces of teriyaki sauce, 1 cup of chicken stock and a pinch of white pepper.

Directions:

1: Dredge the chicken in cornstarch
2: Place the inner pot into the pressure cooker. Press the “soup/stew” button and set to 10 minutes.
3: Add all ingredients to the inner pot.
4: Place the lid on the pressure cooker and lock. Switch the pressure release valve to “closed.”
5: Once the timer reaches zero, the cooker will switch to “keep warm.” Press the “cancel” button and switch the pressure release valve to “open.” Remove the lid once steam has been completely released.
6: Serve over rice.
