Moranbah Commemorative Clock

The Moranbah Commemorative Clock is a feature of the town that has been dedicated to mark the 50th anniversary – which fell in 1995 – of the conclusion of World War II. You will see that this clock has been placed on top of a metal pillar, which in turn stands on a base of concrete that has been covered with slate. Visitors will notice that three sides of the base of this monument have been embellished with the badges of the three military forces; the Army, Navy and the Air Force.
