This is an amazing testing or assessing tool to use in the classroom. You can have questions already set up, or you can use on the fly questions, just by asking the students. Showbie is a great classroom collaboration app and website. The students can turn in their assignments, they can communicate with each other and also the teacher. It is a community website, to work on bring the class together. (https://www.showbie.com/)
Everyone loves sticky notes, they are convenient and are always there. This is just a virtual sticky note, you can use for lists, presentations, anything. (https://padlet.com/)
ClassDojo is a great way to establish positive and negative reinforcement. You can give points take away points keeping tract of behavior not only as a singular unit by each student, but it is also a great way to look at the class as a whole and keep tract of everyone and also you can contact parents and let them know how their child is in class. With EDpuzzle the teacher can set assignments and the students can collaborate. The teacher can see when the students have done the assignments and how they did. (https://edpuzzle.com/)
My teachers in high school used this all the time and I loved it just because it informed me of up coming events and every once in a while it reminded me to study or of upcoming events, even if we going to have a substitute the next day.
