Here's a countdown of the most fascinating places on Earth. You will be blown away by these breathtaking locations.
No, your eyes are not deceiving you. A bubblegum pink lake actually exists. Located in Australia, Lake Hillier is a naturally pink lake colored by algae and bacteria. Not to mention, you can totally swim in it. It's a Pepto Bismol match made in heaven!
Although it may look like it, there are not lights hung in the walls of this cave found in New Zealand. However, these are worms, but not any ordinary worms-- glowing worms. You can take a boat into this cave and experience the beauty of nature and life. Can this get any better?
I know what you're thinking: A hole that drains into the ocean!? Here is Thor's Well, a circular bowl carved out of the shoreline in Oregon, US. This huge hole is about 20 feet deep, so although it is a mind-blowing sight to see, I'd recommend standing a lit bit away for the photo!
Located in Northern Ireland, The Giant's Causeway is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, which is the result of an ancient volcanic eruption. Even better, you can climb on the remains and capture some great views. Who knew a volcanic eruption could cause such a beautiful, unique spot on Earth?
What if I told you there was a beach that had no sand, but it was covered in glass? Well there is! Here is the marvelous Glass Beach in California, US. This beach is abundant in sea glass created from years of dumping garbage into an area of coastline. I know its upbringing sounds horrible, but it's absolutely gorgeous right?

Yes, this is an actual place, although I know it looks similar to the landscape from Dr. Seuss' book Oh, the Places You'll Go! This is the Zhangye National Geopark found in China. Now I bet you're wondering: Why are they colorful?! This is due to deposits of sandstone and other minerals that occurred over 24 million years. This place is so amazing it's like it was made to be photographed.
