Take Care of Yourself

Eat right, spend some time in the gym, and get the sleep you need so you’ll be your best self on the course.
Head Out to the Course Early on the Day of the Event: You’ll be able to get a few swings in, get a lay of the course, and get some relaxation time in before it’s time to go to the first tee. Rushing can only lead to mistakes and increased anxiety, which is never good for your game.
