Bangkok offers a variety of kid's entertainment such as theme parks, outdoor activities and thrilling games arcade. The vibrant city is probably the best location in Thailand to travel to with kids.

Kidzania

This is a marvellous entertainment venue aimed at kids 3 to 12 years old. It is part of the trending 'edutainment' concept in the city. Fun is unlimited at this unique venue where children are given a chance to play the part of a popular job that most fascinates them. Based on a model city the place requires firefighters, doctors, pilots, sushi chefs and police officers to man the streets and other centres requiring professionals. Kidzania is open from 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays and until 8.30 pm on weekends and holidays. It is located on the 5th floor of Siam Paragon shopping complex.

Ice Skating

An excellent form of entertainment for the whole family ice skating is quite popular in Bangkok. There are several rinks located throughout the city; one of the most innovative is the one at CentralWorld located close to Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18. This rink unlike the others which are enclosed within buildings is located on the ground floor under an open atrium of the premier shopping mall. Best of all you can look forward to indulging in some branded shopping later. CentralWorld rink is open from 10 am to 10 pm and is one of the top malls easily accessed from your Bangkok hotel.

This is where kids enjoy loads of bouncy fun. Bounce Inc. Bangkok is a super trampoline park that offers loads of family entertainment. Open to anyone above 3 years the park is most popular amongst teens and you adults. Remember that a very young child require adult supervision. Ideal to spend a day of exertion before returning to the comforts of your luxurious boutique hotel Bangkok is home to, for example, this park is conveniently located at the Cultural Centre; on the 5th floor of The Street Ratchade. Flight Simulator

If your kid's dreams are to be a pilot this fabulous attraction is a must visit. This flight simulator is so realistic that it has been used in the making of many movies; so you won't be disappointed as you pilot the aircraft and set off into the blue. There is, of course, a co-pilot ready to lend a helping hand when needed. Well worth a visit the flight simulator will certainly enthral and awe the little ones. Located on the 2nd floor of Gateway Ekamal; a typical flight simulator programme will last around 30 minutes and may cost around 5,000 baht.

Surfing at Flowrider

Ideal to cool off during those warm months, Flowrider is a surf club equipped with an artificial surf making the machine. The beach club is located in central Bangkok and has an inflated ramp which has an endless wave pumped across it, for practising a form of surfing and wakeboarding. Little children can practise body boarding while the fun atmosphere is highly conducive to relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. Open from 10 am to 10 pm Flowrider is located at Flow-House A-Square Sukhumvit Soi 26.
