A glitzy 'uber' mall Siam Paragon is a favourite amongst the chic locals with loads of spending power. You certainly need the cash for indulging at this classy mall made of steel and shimmering glass panels. The latest trends in the fashion world are yours to buy at Siam Paragon boasting stores that deal in high street fashion to designer brands, the latest in tech gadgets, home décor and even luxury sports cars. That's right; this mall has it all! It not just a shopping destination but rather a lifestyle store keeping the entire family occupied with a 16 screen paragon Cineplex, Siam Ocean World aquarium, a Kinokuniya bookstore and a range of gourmet restaurants and cafes to treat the foodie in you.

CentralWorld – Siam

This is Thailand's largest 'megamall'. Quite a treat to explore the mall is home to shops selling branded clothing, high tech gadgets, designer footwear, designer furniture, bookshops, grocery stores that stock up on imported goods and much more. Leave enough time to explore this mall which takes just about a half day to browse entirely. Here too entertainment plays a key role with an ice skating rink taking centre stage. Just about 7kms from a well-located hotel in Asoke; MBK is everyone's favourite shopping mall. The place welcomes a high influx of both locals and tourists exploring the 8 floors home to over 2000 stores. Just about anything is sold at this mall including shoes, accessories, handbags, furniture, luggage, mobile phones, cameras, stationery, leather products and lots more. This mall may not be as classy as the previous two, but it does deliver in terms of a wide range of goods at considerably lower prices. EmQuartier – Phrom Phong

This is where you go for the best designer shopping experience in Bangkok. The contemporary mall boasts a total of 400 labels scattered across 4,000sqmtrs of store space. Focusing more on pricey luxury brands this mall, not too far from AVANI Atrium Bangkok has more affordable high street fashion and Thai designer goods on the upper floors. Tipped to be the best luxury shopping experience on Sukhumvit Road this mall is directly accessible from the Phrom Phong BTS Skytrain station. Best of all the place houses a bevvy of excellent restaurants.

Siam Discovery

After receiving a facelift in 2016, Siam Discovery offers a unique and laid back shopping experience. The first floor remains true to its roots with designer stores such as Diesel, Miyake and Comme des Garcons offering exclusive collections. However, as you head to the upper floors you will notice there are no stores; instead goods are laid out as it would be in someone's home; a display trend made popular in Japan and Korea which Siam Discovery is the first to incorporate in Bangkok.
