Paluma is a natural park that allows visitors to camp onsite. Children will love the natural surroundings, bathing pool and treks into the verdant forests. The range is home to three beautiful freshwater pools that are just right for a splash and refreshing bath. The three pools named Crystal Creek, Lake Paluma and Jourama Falls are open to the public and best enjoyed after a day's trek through the forest. There are varied walking treks in the Mount Spec area of the range; the easiest is the 800 metre Rockslides Walking Track. And for the young ones the biggest thrill would be to spot a platypus or Easter water dragon frolicking in Paluma Lake.
