Feed is a full service digital agency who help to solve business problems through creativity, technology and hard work. The client wanted a completely unique and authentic space that really accentuated the beautiful features and finishes within the Tea Building.

Mashable’s record 34 million unique visitors worldwide and 15 million social media followers are one of the most influential and engaged online communities.
When Airbnb came to us and requested that we design them a vibrant, creative and engaging space for their London office we took up the challenge gladly! It became apparent throughout the design process that Airbnb would be a fun client to work with and together we created a space that finished off their office perfectly!
Naked Wines contacted us to deliver a working environment that captured the essence of the vibrant team. They wanted somewhere unique, playful and creative to showcase their ethically sourced wines. We were delighted with the opportunity to be truly creative and of course, the first thing we thought of was…a slide! Allowing the team members to enjoy the journey from the first floor to the ground floor, the internal slide is one of the best features of the office. A large open plan break out space and office pods for wine tasting complete the contemporary finish on this thoroughly enjoyable project, which is gratefully received by Naked Wines who now have an office to reflect their personality.
Jack Debartolo’s concept was to bring in as little artificial materials as possible, which is why the wood ceilings and the concrete walls remain exposed, and materials brought in are wood, metal, and glass. We used natural materials and the surrounding existing materials to create something modern and clean, but comfortable and warm. It’s meant to feel extremely open but connected. There are two work spaces off to the side with the center being communal seating, conference room, more seating, more conference rooms. Even the conference rooms needed to have a connection with the surrounding areas, which is why they are surrounded by glass
A 16-month project for the second largest chain of supermarkets in the UK, PWW have been working closely with Sainsbury’s to redefine the working environments at their Central London HQ. PWW have created flexible working areas that allow for collaboration and team engagement whilst bringing the unique Sainsbury’s story to life. The first supermarket to thrive in the development of own-brand goods, PWW wanted to illuminate Sainsbury’s as the pioneering brand it has always been.
Zetacom, a system integrator for the business market, have moved its’ headquarters to the Dutch Innovation Factory in Zoetermeer.
Morgan Randall have been established in Canary Wharf for almost 10 years and have a reputation for being one of London’s most forward thinking Estate Agencies. The brief was simple, to create a space that nobody else in the agency sector would be compared to.
A corner flat in Thessaloniki, Greece, that's positioned with the best views of the water, was designed by Urban Soul Project. Modern, open and trendy. It's like standing on your balcony wherever you are. Probably wouldn't work in NYC.
