As usual, Noah's is going to be party central for New Year's Eve! Reservations are filling up fast, but if you can grab a spot, definitely do. There will be a New Year's Eve Chef's Tasting Menu which will include 4 to 5 courses, and if desired a wine pairing too.
If you can't make it for dinner, you will want to get there in time to ring in 2017--plant yourself at the bar and enjoy a balloon drop at the stroke of the New Year, with the Times Square Ball drop projected on massive restaurant wall.

This year, festivities kick off at 4:00 p.m. with a candlelight tour of the historic Rogers Mansion with cider and gingerbread. Guests stroll back from the Historical Museum to the Southampton Inn to enjoy prosecco and cheese in the library until 7 p.m. when the official cocktail hour begins downstairs with an open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner is again being catered by the iconic Brent Newsom Caterers, and begins at 8 p.m. with 5 courses: amuse bouche, followed by soup, salad course, choice of entree and dessert. (Click for menu!) This year, there will be a LIVE BAND (The Hamptons Swingtet) featuring swing and funk for dancing, a live feed to watch the ball drop, a champagne toast and fun photos.
