Who or what do U need or want to cross off your list.

All of us need to eliminate things we do & have and people (yes people who time suck us) and cross them off our list. One example is that 12 years ago I crossed having a TV off my list and it gave me a tremendous about of extra time to do other things. So crossing off "time wasters" is something to look at, unless you have enough time to waste or like wasting it. NOTE: This is a very therapeutic list, like cleaning your closet.

This maybe rather impolite BUT I want to spend time doing things and with people that really interest me or that I can really help. Cross boring off my list.

I think you make a smart point. Some people do suck time/effort etc and they don't give back.

It's not about keeping score, I don't mind giving time and energy and ideas to anyone, but people close to me - I want them not to suck. I want them to mirror my values.

Fortunately they are few and far between.

If you let them in and let them close, they eat away at your perspective and that's no healthy

I am letting go of endless piles of old books

I just did a huge clean out of lots and lots of old books. I have hauled them from place to place with me and finally decided that it was time to let them go. Bags of them went to local charities. I love books - but it just seemed like it was good to let them go.
