Here's a list of potential MVP Candidates for the NFL. These are not in order, they are just candidates for the MVP
17 touchdown, 2,321 passing yards, 100.9% QB rating, and only 3 interceptions. And he's also playing on a team with one of the worst defense, and the teams record is 6-2! He has definitely improved since 2014. In my opinion, he is starting to be one of the best Quarterbacks in the league.
Marcus Peters, already considered one of the best corners in the league with 5 interceptions this year (13 in total) in only 2 years! He is also a solid tackler, with 34 in total this year so far. He's a great cover corner, and he usually shuts down number 1 receivers of the opposing teams.
2,980 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, 119% QB rating, and 4 interception. NFL reporters predict that he is the one to win MVP, and suppose to break records this year. He and WR Julio Jones are producing huge numbers, to make the Falcons 6-3. He is my number 1 player to win MVP, and he deserves it for being one of the better Quarterbacks this decade.
There hasn't been many defensive players who had won MVP, but you could make a strong case for Von Miller. One of the best pass rusher in the game, and he already has 8.5 sacks. Many quarterbacks are scared of him, and Von is part of one of the best defenses in the league. He's also great at stopping the run, with 33 tackles this season.
Even though he missed 4 games in the season, Tom Brady has 1,319 passing yards, 12 touchdowns, 133.9 QB rating, and 0 interceptions! He's considered as one of the best Quarterbacks the NFL has ever seen.
705 yards rushing, 4.5 yards per carry, and 8 touchdowns. He also has 407 receiving yards as a running back! He is leading the NFL in total yardage from scrimmage. He is one of the NFL's complete back, as he can run with power and could catch.
970 yards receiving, 19 yards per catch, and 5 touchdowns. Ever since he came back from his injury in 2013, he has been one of the NFL's most dominant wide receivers. For someone that is 6'3 " he is very fast, so it's very hard to cover Julio. He's currently leading the NFL in receiving yards.
896 receiving yards, 15.2 yards per catch, and 3 touchdowns. green is one of the most dominant receivers in the league. Ever since entering the league, he has been doing amazing things, from breaking records to amazing catches.
Landon is exploding after his second season with big blue. He has 69 combine tackles, 3 sacks, and 3 interceptions. He also has 1 pick six return against the rams, which is considered one of the best returns of the century. He leads the Giants in all of the category, and is leading all safety's in tackles.
2,373 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions. The stats might not seem as good as all of the other candidates, but the reason why the he is one of the better Quarterbacks in the league is because he always kept his team in the game. He had many comebacks, and every game the lions played, it was decided by a touchdown. And this is coming from a team that was projected to have the top 10 draft pick! That's impressive.
