If you love your job then fantastic you may find that you are able to manage your stress well providing you are now overworked or have bullying boss. It is when your work becomes problematic because of demanding managers, long hours, working late at night, critical management that the problems really begin. If you have had an extended period of illness or undergone a major operation then it is highly unlikely that you would have experienced worries and feelings of stress. The shock of bereavement when it is a close family member or a friend can be devastating whether the loss was expected or not. In fact any form of loss can create stress levels. For example if a member of the family is estranged it can create problems.

The stress of trying to have a baby can sometimes cause stress levels to significantly increase. There is the worry that having a child will not happen. The thought that one or other partner may be infertile. Alternatively if you decide to go down the route of IVF treatments there is the cost and worry about whether it will work.
