This is the Poem My Divine Lysis in both Spanish and English written by Sor Juana.

This poem is suitable for the project because it is her work - which she shows her adoration for the vicereine. This is also some of her poetry that gets her in trouble because it is not about God or the Church.
This website is about poems - which makes it suitable for a primary source. It also gives both translations, which gives you the slow in Spanish and the translation I can understand.
