The movie M S Dhoni : The Untold Story is a bio-pic on Mahindra Singh Dhoni and it's running successfully across India. It's directed by prominent director Neeraj Pandey. The movie showcases many significant events in MSD's life but even many important moments are not shown in the movie. This list about those moments which the movie failed to film. This is not a negative list on movie but a list from Dhoni's fan who needed more from his bio-pic.

It was an unexpected moment in the life of Dhoni and the history of Indian Cricket which he suddenly appointed to lead India in 2007 International T20 World Cup. Dhoni as a man who has no legacy, it was a turning point in his life and Indian Cricket. MSD : The Untold Story Missed that moment to register in the movie.
In June 2013, when India defeated England in the final of the Champions Trophy in England, Dhoni became the first captain to win all three ICC limited-overs trophies (World Cup, Champions Trophy and the World Twenty20). We really miss this moment after watching the movie.
183 Notout against Sri Lanka 31 October 2005 was one of the hilarious innings of a cricketer in entire world cricket. That innings marked the word MS Dhoni in World Cricket forever.
On that day Dhoni broke 4 world records in Australian soil by scoring 224 from 265 balls. It was most memorable test innings of Dhoni and the best by a captain in Australia. The movie really failed to show that.
Dhoni-Yuvraj pair was one of the best duet players in world cricket who possessed consistency in their entire career. Apart from Ranji Trophy innings we cannot see the presence of Yuvi in the movie. This actually affects the honesty of Dhoni's life as a cricketer.
Sachin has played an indescribable role in Dhoni's life and Dhoni was the witness of Sachin's dusk and Sachin was the reason for Dhoni's dawn. We feel disappoint about the absence of Sachin in the movie.
Dhoni was not only a batsman but also a well acclaimed wicket keeper. We have seen some magnificent performances of MSD as keeper. He has caught around 600 catches in international cricket. The movie never attempted to show MSD's life a wicket keeper.
Under his captaincy, Chennai Super Kings have won two Indian Premier League titles and the 2010 Champions League Twenty20. The movie didn't has any glimpse of his life in CSK.
