Paon in local dialect means kitchen and this one certainly delivers the best. Some of Tao's top dishes include Tom Yam Goong a spicy soup featuring king size river prawns together with kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass and mushrooms as well as Thod Man Kung which is minced prawn cake that's deep fried and accompanied with sweet and spicy chilli sauce. The place is located at Tanjung Benoa and is open from 10 am to 11 pm.
