I would say, it needs an app that works, just like @mommyhudi. They shouldn't block out Twitter, like they did with their Facebook For Every Phone app.
Then, create an OS like iOS. Simple as hell on the outside, yet as complex as you can imagine on the inside.

@ahoppi and @mbrit think it's utter madness to launch a phone. There is no success in mobile for Facebook by just building a phone, says the latter.

David Ririhena says a killer browser would be a good thing for a Facebook phone to have. Well, it just might, since Facebook might buy Opera.
