Recording Payments

2. Click the Record Payment button.
3. Record the date on which you were paid and the amount.
4. Click Save.

If you send your estimates online, clients can automatically accept or decline an estimate by hitting Accepted or Declined on the Estimate. If you do not send estimates electronically, you can record this manually.

  2. Click the retainer to which you want to add funds.
