The beautiful coastline of Sanur spans from the north to the south for 8 kilometres. Along this distance are a few amazing beaches that are within easy reach of quite a few Bali family resorts. While the whole stretch is known as Sanur Beach, it is actually made up of different beaches such as Reef Beach, Sindhu Beach, and Segara Ayu Beach. There is a footpath that connects these beaches with one another and it ends at the famous Grand Bali Beach. La Mayeur Museum, located on the Sindhub Beach behind souvenir and art stalls, is definitely a hidden treasure that is worth a visit. This fascinating memorial museum features the personal history and artwork of Adrien-Jean Le Mayeur de Merpres, an artist from Brussels who lived in Bali and had a love for its beautiful beaches. He fell in love and got married to Ni Pollok, a dancer and she became the muse for the majority of his oil painting. La Mayeur Museum is the artist's house and consists of five rooms and a main building which was the couple's living quarters. The house itself is a beautiful creation with sculpted stone walls, terrazzo tiles and other classic Balinese architectural elements.

Also known as the Serangan Shark Island Project, Bali Sharks is a nature conservation initiative which is focused on protecting white tip and black tip reef sharks. Visitors to Bali Sharks will get to embark on an informative and entertaining tour of the facility. This tour is the first environmentally friendly tour of a nature conservancy project in all of Indonesia. Bali Shark works together with the Kelompok Nelayan Serangan fishermen's group and have constructed a safe pontoon nursery on the eastern side of Serangan Island. This nursery is home to dozens of pups and visitors can swim with them and enjoy their company. The tour also takes visitors to a turtle hatchery, a marine garden and aquarium while also providing refreshments.

The Garden is located amidst several local garden shops in the Bypass Tohpati Road in the north of Sanur. The stalls feature a colourful array of tropical flowers. The Bali Orchid Garden provides a chance to enter a world of colourful, rare and fascinating orchids. Spanning across a hectare, the Orchid Garden is beautifully landscaped and feature incredible tropical plants such as anthuriums, heliconia and rafflesia. The Garden not only provides tours and a chance to relax but also serves as a venue for private functions.
