Made with PEScience Select Protein. This stuff is amazing and bakes so well, you will swear it’s a cheat meal.
Ingredients:
3/4 scoop Snickerdoodle Select Protein
1/4 scoop Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup light peanut butter
1 tbsp. Walden’s (or light) maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat Peanut butter for 40 seconds.
Stir in the syrup, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, Snickerdoodle protein, and finally the oats.
Roll into balls, press flat into cookies.
Combine protein and milk, you want this very thick like an icing.
Drizzle it over your cookies.
Devour.
