Creating a gym in your garage will save you money on expensive gym memberships and on time travelling to and fro. A few basic pieces of equipment - exercise bike or treadmill and some free weights will be more than enough to start you off and you can add equipment later as you decide what you like.
In summer most people enjoy having friends and family over for some outside entertaining. However, finding enough space in the fridge to keep drinks cool can be a problem. Why not purchase a spare fridge and keep it in the garage. You can even make use of it during Christmas and New Year where there is never enough space for all food and drink that we consume over the festive period
In summer most teenagers want to hang out with their friends. While we may want to keep a close eye on them we may not appreciate having numbers of them in our house every day. By making your garage comfortable, you can give keep an eye on them without infringing too much on their privacy. Why not put down some cheap flooring, paint the walls a light colour to brighten the space and add some cushions. As long as its parent free, your teenager will be happy.
