My name is Glenn I am a67 yr old cancer patient I have been through many types of chemotherapy and radiation therapy and several hospital and surgery stays in the last 5 years ,the last year has been the worst.

My name is Samantha Buxton, I'm 20years old, engaged & have a five month old son. I now have to make the decision of giving my family a secure home (that we can not be kicked out of), or struggle to pay for therapy so I can walk again (& risk my family not having a home). So obviously my main priority is putting my family first, even if it means I never walk again.

I drove Ft Smith Arkansas School Bus 74 for almost 7 years now. This spring I came down with throat cancer. I have been in the VA Hospital for about 6 weeks or so . Since i've been here I had to undergo a emergency tracheotmy just so I can breathe. This was done while I was awake as my heart has been in A flutter since I Iearned of this cancer and I could not be sedated.

Around 8am Friday January 8th, 2016, while home for winter break, Caton was the passenger of a truck that lost control and hit a tree on the passenger side. He was on the way to his 2nd day of work at a new job he had picked up over the break. Caton suffered a very traumatic brain injury with bleeding of the brain, numerous facial and skull fractures, broken mandible (jaw), collapsed lung, and broken femur.

Ashley McClellan is a 24 year old nursing student from Wynne, Arkansas. She is full of life, full of love, and a beautiful person outwardly with a beautiful soul. She was tragically burned in a freak accident at a bon fire on Friday April 25, 2014. Ashley was flown to Arkansas Children's Burn Unit and as of Saturday is listed as stable but in very critical condition. Thankfully she has began making small improvements and is facing a very timely recovery process. It is not only timely, but costly.

April has fought a battle with Cystic Fibrosis her entire life and has overcome many obstacles, however, it has not stopped the inevitable from happening. The past couple of years her health has declined rapidly. Now due to the rapid progression of her disease she's in desperate need for medical care that Arkansas can't provide. Thankfully there are hospitals that can help her, and we are excited to say that she has been accepted as a patient at Vanderbilt. We don't know exactly what the plan is or what her prognosis will be, but we are at peace with whatever the next step may be. We won't give up and we won't back down from anything that life may throw at us. April is and always has been a FIGHTER!
