This renowned chef made his debut at the well-known Hotel de la Paix and is known for his creative ingenuity. Creating trends Rivieres offers two new menus every two weeks at his restaurant in order to taste the varied flavours of Khmer cuisine. The most unique aspect of dining here is that you are not offered traditional Cambodian dishes; instead the exotic ingredients used in creating Khmer dishes such as fish that thrive only in Mekong River and Tonle Sap Lake, edible flowers and the Kuy Fruit are used to create a very delicious and exotic blend of cuisine.
