Adorable cottage on lake just outside of Orlando's newest neighborhood, Baldwin Park. Private, light and airy -- sit back and take in a beautiful lake view with nature all around in the heart of Orlando. Downtown Orlando, College park, Winter Park are just minutes away. Cady way bike trail is within 100 yards.

We are about 20 minutes from Orlando International airport and 5 minutes from the Orlando executive airport. Downtown orlando is 15 minutes and all of the attractions are within 30 minutes.
Colleges- University of Central Florida (UCF), Rollins College, and Fullsail are all within a 10-20 minute drive from the cottage.
Public transportation (Lynks Bus line) is available near by. There is a stop a couple of blocks from the cottage.

For a more relaxing adventure there are many Dinner shows, as well as the unforgettable Cirque Du Soleil or Blue Man group shows. Also within 45 minutes is the Kennedy space center and our beautiful white sand East coast beaches: Cocoa, New Smyrna, and Daytona.
There are many other activities to enjoy including miniature golf, movie theatres, canoeing, camping, jet skiing just to name a few. Beautiful Mead Gardens is nearby as well as the Orlando Science Center & Planetarium. Winter Park Farmer's market, Park Avenue shopping and Rollins College are within 2 miles.
