LIME (Cable & Wireless)

LIME, an acronym for 'Landline, Internet, Mobile, Entertainment', was a communications provider owned by the British based Cable & Wireless Communications for its operations in Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Turks & Caicos in the Caribbean.[1]

Digicel

Digicel is a mobile phone network provider operating in 33 markets across the Caribbean, Central America, and Oceania regions. The company is owned by the Irish billionaire Denis O'Brien, is incorporated in Bermuda, and based in Jamaica. It has about 13 million wireless users.

Claro Americas

Claro Americas is part of América Móvil, a Mexican telecom group serving clients in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay. The company's name means "bright", "clear" or "of course" in Portuguese and Spanish.

Telecom Argentina is the major local telephone company for the northern part of Argentina, including the whole of the city of Buenos Aires. Briefly known as Sociedad Licenciataria Norte S.A., it quickly changed its name, and is usually known as simply Telecom within Argentina.

Sunbeach

Sunbeach Communications Inc. was an Internet Service Provider, Internet web hosting provider and mobile/wireless phone company located in Barbados. Since the mid-1990s Sunbeach was one of the chief competitors to the incumbent telecommunications company Cable and Wireless in providing Internet. Sunbeach was badly affected by the financial crisis of 2008 leading to halted VC investments and the inevitable link disconnection on the 23rd of March 2013 [1]. The Sunbeach website remains in a temporary state and offers no new products or further information. Customers found themselves without Internet and no official communication from the company on the morning of the 24th of March 2013. No statement has been received from the company since the disconnection until date (Q2-2016).

TN Mobile

TN Mobile, first introduced as Cell One and then Leo,[1] is a mobile telecommunications company in Namibia providing cellular coverage. It is the second largest mobile operator in Namibia with currently[update] around 300.000 active subscribers.[2] The company is 100% owned by Telecom Namibia, which is in turn wholly owned by the Namibian Government.
