Here are a list of resources that could be used to teach weather to science classes.

Weather Systems and Patterns

This site contains information about weather systems and patterns, resources for lesson plans, and multimedia resources to help teach weather to your science class. The information could be used and adapted for all grade levels, but would be very useful for middle school science classes.

The Online Tornado FAQ (by Roger Edwards, SPC)

This site provides a wealth of information dealing with the multitude of questions that arise about tornadoes. It provides links to various sites that go more in depth about the various aspects of tornadoes.

not copyrighted by regulation.
However, credit should be given to NOAA for use of images, unless labeled otherwise.

Connect with Weather

Contains a series of short video clips that detail information about various aspects of weather (tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.) and also provides activities to go along with each.

Weather Forecasting | WMO for Youth

WMO Website for Youth - Provides information about the various tools meteorologists use to forecast the weather. Also provides links so that students can further investigate the information covered.

Cloud Types by Weather Underground

This info graphic provides information about different types of clouds and gives you a visual about where you would see the clouds in terms of their altitude.

Weather Wiz Kids weather information for kids

This link from Weather Wiz Kids contains several east to do experiments that highlight weather concepts.
