Central Avenue is located in Harbin a city found in the north-eastern Heilongjiang Province of China. This beautiful cobblestone street is completely pedestrianised and boasts beautiful architecture in its buildings, dating back to the Russian era. Central Street is part of an ancient Russian Town constructed almost 110 years ago.
