A beautiful fusion of the Japanese, Italian, American and Filipino cuisines, Torch will exceed your expectations when it comes to the dishes that they offer. Must-tries are the Soft-Shell Crab Salad, Philly Cheese Steak Pizza, Gambas Pizza, Salpicao Medallion and the cheesiest maki roll we’ve ever seen, the Volcano Roll.

Alab is a modern Filipino restaurant that specializes in reinvented Filipino dishes. The Kalderetang Kambing with quezo de bola is a total winner, with other must-tries like the Dinuguan Sausage, Roasted Crispy Pata, Sugpo sa Palapa and Honey Lechon. Save room for dessert because the New York Cubao Bibingka Cheesecake and Tsoknut Cake are definite must-tries too!

Owned by Chef Edward Bugia, Backyard Kitchen + Brew is the perfect to restaurant to go to when you want a gastronomic experience to pair with your drinks. They put a modern twist on the traditional Filipino dishes, making it extra perfect when paired with their locally-brewed craft beers. Must-tries are the Salted Egg Fried Chicken Skin, Braised Beef Belly, Waffle Breaded Chicken, Uni Carbonara and Nose to Tail Fettuccine.
