A beautiful fusion of the Japanese, Italian, American and Filipino cuisines, Torch will exceed your expectations when it comes to the dishes that they offer. Must-tries are the Soft-Shell Crab Salad, Philly Cheese Steak Pizza, Gambas Pizza, Salpicao Medallion and the cheesiest maki roll we’ve ever seen, the Volcano Roll.

Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen

It started as a humble home in Las Pinas, Mama Lou’s serves home-cooked style Italian comfort dishes. Order their Escargot, Spaghetti Seafood Olio and Vesuvio.

Alab is a modern Filipino restaurant that specializes in reinvented Filipino dishes. The Kalderetang Kambing with quezo de bola is a total winner, with other must-tries like the Dinuguan Sausage, Roasted Crispy Pata, Sugpo sa Palapa and Honey Lechon.
