PICO CMS is like a simplified wordpress, but there are add ons (like for membership you can use with appricot that may be built together as one system). It is all completely separate from wordpress and does not seem to integrate - this would be your CMS, or platform to use that's all inclusive. It's coded in PHP5 and driven by MySQL5 so this may be an issue in hosting costs (check ahead). It is now merging to be Brio.
